Process of Application

All individuals referred for Center services are considered for admission for at least the evaluation phase of the program. A referral is made with appropriate background information relating to the candidate’s specific disability.
An intake interview is scheduled to determine that the candidate meets our admissions criteria and also permits them to decide if they want to receive our services. A decision is then made to accept or reject the person for services.
If accepted, a starting date is then established. If, following evaluation, it is determined that the individual cannot benefit from the services offered by the Center, then he/she will be referred to the appropriate service agency.

Nondiscrimination Clause

Our services and employment are provided in a nondiscriminatory manner, without regard to race, sex, color, national origin, ancestry, religious creed, disability and age.
